Bingo Parties Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 23rd October 2025

1. Introduction

Bingo Parties Ltd provides live entertainment and games for private and corporate events across the UK. Our services are designed purely for fun and social enjoyment.
We are an entertainment provider, not a gambling operator, and we do not offer betting or gaming services that require a Gambling Commission licence.

2. Nature of Our Service

All bingo games and other entertainment activities supplied by Bingo Parties Ltd are offered as part of a paid entertainment package to event organisers (e.g., wedding couples, venues, or corporate hosts).
No part of our service constitutes gambling under the Gambling Act 2005.

3. No Gambling or Wagering

Guests do not pay to enter or play any bingo or other games during our events.

All fees are paid by the event organiser prior to the event.

No stakes, bets, or payments are taken from individual players.

No cash prizes are awarded under any circumstances.

4. Prizes

Prizes are low-value, non-cash items intended for amusement only (for example, novelty gifts, chocolates, or small themed prizes).
Prizes are not of significant monetary value and are not offered as financial incentives or rewards.

5. Legal Compliance

Our activities comply with the UK Gambling Commission’s guidance on “How to run a game of bingo.”
Because we operate as a mobile entertainment company where participants do not stake money or gain cash prizes, a gambling licence is not required.

6. Venues and Locations

Bingo Parties Ltd operates as a mobile entertainment provider, delivering events at private venues, hotels, manors, and licensed premises across the UK.

We do not operate from a fixed premises.

Where events are hosted at venues serving alcohol, the venue and/or organiser remain responsible for ensuring the appropriate alcohol and entertainment licences are in place.

7. Age Restrictions

Our events are designed for adults aged 18 and over.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate entertainment where under-18s are participating in adult-themed bingo or games.
Children’s or family-friendly activities may be offered only where explicitly arranged and agreed in advance.

8. Client Responsibilities

Event organisers are responsible for:

Ensuring their chosen venue permits entertainment and games;

Obtaining any necessary local permissions;

Confirming that all guests meet the minimum age requirement (18+).

Bingo Parties Ltd accepts no responsibility for venue licensing or local authority compliance.

9. Payments, Booking Terms & Cancellations

A deposit is required to officially secure and confirm a booking with Bingo Parties Ltd.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than eight (8) weeks prior to the event date.

Failure to make full payment within this timeframe may result in your booking being cancelled and your deposit retained as a cancellation fee.

No payments are collected from guests during the event — all fees are payable by the event organiser.

Cancellations made by the client within 14 days of the event date may also result in forfeiture of the deposit or further cancellation charges, depending on the circumstances and at the discretion of Bingo Parties Ltd.

Company Cancellations:
In the unlikely event that Bingo Parties Ltd is unable to fulfil a booking due to unforeseen circumstances — such as illness, equipment failure, transport disruption, or any other issue preventing us from carrying out our entertainment — we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
In such cases, a full refund of any monies paid (including deposit and balance) will be provided to the client.
However, Bingo Parties Ltd will not be liable for any additional compensation, consequential losses, or costs incurred by the client as a result of the cancellation.

10. Liability

While every effort is made to ensure a safe, professional, and enjoyable event, Bingo Parties Ltd cannot be held liable for:

Venue facilities or equipment not supplied by us;

Delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, venue issues, third-party failures);

Any damages or losses arising from misuse of prizes or participation in games.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and all associated agreements are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
